What can I say? I am honest and hard working. I am a mother of two girls and I have 3 grandchildren. They are my pride & joy plus I LOVE just being with them! My husband is retired military and we have lived in Korea, Germany, Ohio, Indiana, Maryland & Tennessee. We made Tennessee our home in 1990 and live on 18 acres with our dog Chappie. I enjoy the country life and being outdoors.

The reason I set-up this website, everytime I searched for information everyone wanted my info before I could see anything. I believe that if I have a site where you could find helpful, honest information then people would contact me if the needed an agent referral or home loan. Also, with the price of everything going up; having a section offering discounts would help stretch those hard earned dollars.

My background is mortgage & real estate. Since 1995, I have had my real estate license , owned my own mortgage company & worked in a title company. I have experience in all parts of the loan process; that is why I can truly tell my customers what to expect and how to avoid potential problems. I found my heart is in helping people! I find great pride in working with people to finance their dreams of owning a home! I truly believe everyone should be able to purchase their own home. Most of my customers are now friends. I like knowing that they know that I did everything possible to insure they got the best home & financing terms possible!
